The terms that apply to Magpie are published in the app, at the address below, and that copy is the one that counts. This page is a summary.
In short
- Who provides Magpie. NestLoggic is the trading name of Philip Hubbard, sole trader, Malvern, Worcester. Contact: phil@nestloggic.com.
- What is free. Nesting, and what the nest counts: sheets, blanks a sheet, density and cost per blank. The layout itself - the board, the cuts, the dimensions - and every file that carries it (DXF, SVG, CF2 and the PDF report) needs an account on the plan.
- The plan. One plan, 49 pounds a month, billed by Stripe, with no limit on exports. Cancel at any time from Manage plan; the plan runs to the end of the period paid for and is not renewed. When it ends the account stays open and nesting still works; the layout and the files stop until the plan is started again.
- Your files and results. Your dielines and the layouts made from them stay yours. Magpie stores them to run the job, show it to you again and export it. Check every layout before cutting: Magpie reports the gap it held and any blank it could not place, but the decision to cut is yours.
- Accounts. Sign-in is by a link sent to your email address. Anyone who can open the link can use the account, so keep the address under your control.
- Changes. When the terms change, the date on them changes and the current version is always at the address above.
