Email is the way in. It is read by the person who builds Magpie, and a file attached to the message is the quickest route to an answer.
What to send
- A dieline that reads wrongly. Attach the file as it came from your CAD. Say which lines came back as the wrong class, or which blank was missed, and what you expected.
- A layout you would draw differently. Attach the layout Magpie made, or the job link from the app, and the layout your shop would run. The difference is usually a rule that can be added.
- A question about the plan. Billing questions, receipts and cancellations. Manage plan in the app opens the Stripe portal for the routine ones.
- A format Magpie does not read yet. Attach a sample. DXF, CF2, PDF and SVG are read now.
